ANIMATION FUNDAMENTALS
Intro to Animation: Principles in Motion
In this dynamic and collaborative class, students will explore the core principles of animation through hands-on creative exercises. Working in a group of 6–12 peers, each student will produce their own mini animation reel, gaining foundational skills while expressing their unique style. The class will culminate in a celebratory showcase of student work.

WHEN: Tuesday September 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th from 5:00pm-6:30pm
AGES: 13+
WHAT TO BRING: A digital tablet (such as an iPad with Procreate or Procreate Dreams, or an Android tablet with the Animation Desk app) is preferred for this class. However, studio-quality sketch paper and your favorite sketching pencils are also a perfect place to start! For your convenience, a link to a recommended sketchbook and pencil set is provided below.
