SIP AND PAINT - WEST STUDIO
Come on out to the 402 for a night of painting and a happy, relaxing atmosphere all while enjoying your favorite beverage! Sometimes painting can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you feel like you don't have any creative ideas or feel like you are "bad" at painting but that is not true, you just have your very own style of painting that is unique to you. This class is all about having fun and being able to have a space to try and experiment freely without judgment. BYOB (this is open to interpretation, this can be anything from an alcoholic beverage to water as long as it's YOUR favorite drink.)
COST: $40.00/ per person (Must reserve your spot before class. No sign-ups allowed upon arrival)
WHEN: Fourth Fridays, 6:00pm - 8:00pm
AGE: 21+ *Must be 21 to enjoy spirits and be prepared to show proof of age if asked.

Art has always been something that I am very passionate about! It’s a beautiful way to bring the world and emotions to life.
Entering college, I chose to pursue an art education degree so that I could teach art to others and help them grow their abilities. I soon realized that I wanted to teach art on my own terms and focus on helping people learn whichever specific form of art they are passionate about. I graduated from Midland University with a degree in Fine Arts, with a concentration in painting.
Since graduating, I have mainly worked on my paintings in my home. However, my most recent job at Valiant Studios has given me the opportunity to teach and make art with amazing and creative individuals! And now, as I teach visual arts here at The 402, I am excited to help others create works of art that allow them to be brave and experimental in a fun and inspiring environment.
