Come learn the basics of digital art in this immersive 8-week camp! Artist Instructor Keegan Baker will guide students with creative projects and feedback while they learn techniques used in the film and game industries.
AGES: 13-17
The SongLab Series is an opportunity for teen songwriters and beginner music producers to take their creative skills to the next level in a group workshop setting. Choose one or two of the three specific series offerings to dip your toes into OR choose the All Access Workshop Pass to participate in all three workshops, which will guide you through the entire song production process from the blank page to a recorded song, hook, and beat.
AGES: 13-18
Immerse yourself in nature-inspired creativity at our Artists of Nature summer camp, tailored for 8-13-year-old artists. Led by experienced instructor Mercedes Dickens, participants will explore watercolor, acrylic painting, sculpture, and drawing techniques. The camp fosters experimentation, skill development, and artistic expression, promoting confidence and collaboration. Join us for a vibrant experience where every stroke tells a unique story, fostering a lifelong love for the arts in a supportive environment.
AGES: 8-13
We are offering a series of “music labs” on specific musical instruments for adults. This is a great option for students from age 17 to 77+. All abilities are welcome. Each 2-hour lab takes place on Saturday mornings in July and August at our West Omaha studio. You can sign up for all of them or just a few.
AGES: 17 - 77+ years old
Join the Explore Music Summer Camp – a 4-day musical adventure for 7 to 11-year-olds! In this camp, we will dive into melody mysteries, master rhythmic beats, and embark on an instrumental safari. From singing to playing instruments (ie. ukuleles, recorders, percussion) and lively music games, our camp is a symphony of fun! The camp finale will offer a showcase of talents gained, creating unforgettable musical memories. Unleash creativity, make new friends, and let the harmony begin!
AGES: 7-11
The 402 is proud to present its Inaugural Honor Choir this Summer!
Students will sing a variety of choral music, learning and having fun along the way! Over the week the choir will refine their singing techniques, flex their collaborative skills, and grow in confidence each day. Artist Instructor Matthan Mrkvicka is dedicated to building the music skills of every singer in this honor choir and will conduct their performance on the 402 West stage!
AGES: 8-12th grade singers
We are offering a series of “music labs” on specific musical instruments for youth. This is a great option for students from age 6 to 14. All abilities are welcome. Each 2-hour lab takes place on Saturday mornings in June and July at our West Omaha studio. You can sign up for all of them or just a few.
