Dive into a world of creativity and imagination at our Mixed Media Mania Summer Art Camp! Tailored for budding artists aged 8-13, this dynamic program promises a thrilling exploration of artistic expression through a delightful blend of watercolor painting, acrylic painting, and the magic of pen and pencil drawing.
Guided by the experienced and passionate visual art instructor, Monica Eby, young artists will embark on a captivating journey where they can seamlessly merge different mediums to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces. From the fluidity of watercolors to the vibrant textures of acrylics, and the precision of pen and pencil, our Mixed Media Mania camp encourages campers to experiment, discover, and push the boundaries of their creativity.
Throughout the camp, participants will develop fundamental art skills, explore various techniques, and cultivate their unique artistic voices. With a focus on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, our camp aims to inspire confidence, self-expression, and a lifelong love for the arts.
Join one or both of these special summer camps filled with color, imagination, and endless possibilities - where every stroke tells a story and every creation is a celebration of individuality!
COST: $200.00 (per camp week, $400 for both)

CAMP WEEK “A” — JULY 15-19, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:00 AM-12:30 PM
CAMP WEEK “B” — JULY 22-26, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:00 AM-12:30 PM
AGES: 8-13
ADDITIONAL CLASS DETAILS: Participants are encouraged to wear paint-appropriate clothing. All art supplies and snacks will be provided.

Class Artist Instructor
I grew up with 6 siblings in an exceptionally creative environment — both musically and in visual arts. I attended a trade school and studied both graphic and fashion arts.
With experience in multiple mediums, including watercolor, acrylics, pastels, pencil, and charcoal, I enjoy incorporating calligraphy in my art to express beauty in the written word further.
My classes bring a variety of creative techniques to manipulate paint: intermingling the use of balloons, Q-tips, cardboard, salt, and hot glue with traditional paint and brush. I also take great joy in the creation of “confectionery” arts.
I create cakes, cookies, and candy that are not only beautiful but delicious. In my free time, I love hanging with my husband Todd, my three daughters, and my grandkids. If you want to learn more about visual arts or painting, register for private lessons or sign up for one of my group classes.
