Trevor Slachetka

Despite my young age, I have a rich and diverse background in music. I proudly spent four years as a member of the Nebraska All-State Choir, participated in the MWACDA Honor Choir, and performed with the a cappella group "Meadowlark" at the MWACDA convention. Additionally, I've served as a section leader in various vocal ensembles, both large and small, and have had the privilege of performing multiple times with the Omaha Symphony.

My journey with guitar, bass, and music production began in seventh grade when I dedicated myself to songwriting and exploring electronic sounds. After graduating, I relocated to New York City, where I worked as an Audio Engineer and AV Technician at The Brearley School, one of the nation's top all-girls private schools.

I recently moved back to my hometown of Bellevue, where I’ve continued to share my passion for music. Throughout my time in Nebraska and NYC, I’ve enjoyed teaching guitar and bass lessons to eager students, fostering a deep connection with helping others express themselves through music. As I continue to grow as an artist and performer, I am excited to bring others along on this journey of musical exploration and discovery.

As a member of the Collective, I’m looking forward to being part of a community of musicians and educators who share a love for creativity and collaboration.
