Immerse yourself in the world of photography with our hands-on Monthly Photowalk, designed to help you sharpen your skills by exploring various photography styles and techniques. Each month, we’ll venture to a new location around Omaha—ranging from natural landscapes to urban streets—where you’ll capture unique images of nature, architecture, street scenes, portraits, and more.

Bring any equipment you’d like to get familiar with, whether it’s your smartphone, a point-and-shoot camera, or a professional photography set-up. The goal is to focus on taking as many photos as possible without reviewing them until the walk is complete. This allows for a more immersive and creative experience in the moment.

After the walk, you’ll have the chance to review your photos with fellow participants and the instructor, selecting your favorites and discussing what makes each one stand out. Through collaborative feedback and analysis, you’ll gain valuable insights that will shape and improve your future photography.
