You’re In! Welcome to the 402 Rock Academy!

You’ve been selected as one of the finalists for the 402 Rock Academy—and that means it’s official: you’re about to be in a real band. Out of all the students who showed up and jammed at The Ruckus, you stood out—and now it’s your time to shine.

This private link is your next step. Finalists have one week to submit payment and confirm their place in the band. Once payment is submitted, you’re locked in for 12 weeks of hands-on music-making, mentorship, and live performance experience.

What You’ve Just Unlocked

As a member of the 402 Rock Academy, you’re stepping into a high-level, artist-focused experience designed to transform your musicianship and stage presence. Here’s what’s ahead:

  • Weekly Band Rehearsals (12 total) These rehearsals are structured to help you:

    • Build tight timing and rhythm

    • Develop chemistry and communication within the group

    • Learn how to structure and run effective practices

    • Strengthen your creative input and collaboration skills

  • Master Songs as a Band. This Includes:

    • Active listening and musical awareness

    • Navigating transitions, intros, and outros

    • Understanding song structure and arranging

    • Building endurance and consistency for live play

  • Musicianship & Band Dynamics - You’ll dive into:

    • How to give and receive feedback constructively

    • How to support one another during practice and performance

  • Mentorship from Touring Musicians

Your instructor Roman Constantino, is the real deal. He’s toured, recorded, and lived the music life—and he’s here to give you the guidance he wish they had at your age. Roman is even a former student of this very program!

You’ll get honest, hype-free insight into what it takes to grow, play well with others, and pursue music at a higher level—whether for fun, a future career, or simply for the love of it.

COST: $600 - This covers instruction, rehearsal space, performance coaching, and live gig support.

WHEN: Sessions will start on July 2nd, 2025 and go until September 17th, 2025. You will meet every Wednesday evening from 7:00pm-8:00pm.
