ITSUKO LANTZ
I’m a passionate watercolor artist with a deep love for painting botanical and landscape scenes, inspired by the beauty of nature. Growing up in Japan, I was constantly surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, and my artistic journey began at home, where my mother, an oil painter, passed on her love for the craft. Her influence sparked my own creative path, and now I express myself through the vibrant world of watercolor.
As both a watercolor artist and a Montessori teacher, I weave creativity into everything I do, especially when working with children. I believe that giving kids the freedom to explore their imagination through art builds confidence and joy. Watching their faces light up as they discover new ways to express themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.
